Re-Enrolling in the Plan


Re-Enrolment 

If comparable coverage used to waive the student plan(s) terminates, or coverage provided to cover your family terminates, you have 30 days from loss of coverage to re-join the health and/or dental plan(s).

Confirmation of loss of coverage, completion of the enrolment form and payment of the plan fees is required on
re-application for coverage.

It is the student's responsibility to apply for benefits and provide payment of the applicable fee(s) prior to the
30 day deadline.
