Winter deadline to submit applications

Eligible students who have Manitoba Health coverage may apply to opt out of the benefits before the applicable deadline.
International student must have current Manitoba Health coverage in effect and a Manitoba Health confirmation letter verifying effective Manitoba Health start date and expiry date.
This form is to opt out the International Student Emergency Plan.
The winter mycanadaplan opt-out deadline is closed.
The winter deadline to apply was January 26th, 2024. The online Opt-Out Form is not available at this time. The online form was open from December 1st, 2023, until January 26th, 2024.
NO EXCEPTIONS will be made if the deadline is missed. It is the student's responsibility to pay the plan's mandatory fees, should they miss the applicable opt-out deadline.
The online form will be open for all eligible fall students on August 1st, 2024, and the deadline to apply will be posted soon.
