Important Update for Students with Canada Life Accounts

Starting September 1st, 2025, students will no longer be able to access their accounts through the Canada Life app or web portal. Additionally, Canada Life benefits cards will no longer be valid for direct billing.

To continue managing your benefits, you will need to create a new account on our upgraded Benefits Management Platform. From there, you can easily submit claims online and access your digital benefits card anytime.

Your previous claims history with Canada Life will be securely retained and accessible through the new system. All claims dated before September 1st, 2025, must be submitted through the new platform.

Pre-registration opens August 18, 2025 for current active students to explore the new Benefits Management Platform. Claim submissions begin September 1, 2025. Pre-registration is not available for new students at this time.

Register Account

Enter the plan information and account details. Ensure that your date of birth and last name match the school records. Follow the instructions to create your login credentials, and then click the register button.

  • Certificate Number: Student ID number without letters and leading zeros

Confirm your Email Address

Check your email account for a message from certificate_noreply@adjudicarestage.ca that contains the security code needed to complete your registration.

If you did not receive the message, please verify the email address displayed in the pop-up window or check your junk email folder. If you still haven't received the email, contact us at 1-866-586-1010.
