Deadlines are firm. Students must opt out, add family or re-enroll/opt-in before the applicable deadlines if they meet the application requirements.
The deadline to submit the online applications is posted on the online forms section and on each form page (Opt-Out, Family Add-On or Re-Enroll/Opt-In). Deadlines are posted through different channels like newsletters, website, social media, LCD screens, posters, email, and others.
NO EXCEPTIONS will be made if the deadline is missed. It is the student's responsibility to pay the compulsory plan fees, should they miss the applicable deadlines.
