Legal Care Program Expert advice on civil legal matters, plus access to dynamic, customizable do-it-yourself legal documents, forms, contracts, and more.

 

Eligibility Criteria

All eligible domestic and international students are automatically enrolled in the Legal Care Program provided by the Kwantlen Student Association.

This virtual legal plan covers a range of legal services that allow students to get the right legal support to pursue any legal civil issues. The Legal Care program provides legal resources and protection for student enrolled in the KPS Student Health Plan.

The eligibility criteria to be automatically enrolled in the health plan are:

  • You are accepted into and remain declared in eligible studies programs; and
  • You are enrolled as having one or more credits; and
  • You are a member of the Kwantlen Student Association; and
  • You are residing in Canada and studying in person or online.

Coverage Period

Eligible students will receive 12 months of coverage starting the first day of the month when classes begin.

Check Term Fees

If you are not sure if you meet the eligibility criteria, please visit one.kpu.ca and login using your student account. If you have been charged the KSA Extended Health fee, then you are enrolled!
