Online applications are now closed

Fall students! If you missed the fall deadline, your next opportunity to apply will be next fall term. The fall application period was from August 1st, 2024 to September 13th, 2024.

Winter 2025: The online applications will open on December 1st, 2024, and the deadline to apply is January 17th, 2025. This deadline is only for new or retuning students starting their studies in winter term. Fall or Spring-Summer students submitting applications during the winter term will be denied.

Submitting Online Applications

Before submitting your online applications, please review the eligibility criteria and read the Terms and Conditions.

The fallfall term deadline to submit online applications is September 13th, 2024September 13th, 2024.

Opt-Out

Withdraw from the Student Benefits Plan If you have coverage from a comparable Health and Dental Plan and do not wish to coordinate benefits.

Family Add-On

Extend your Student Benefits Plan to your dependents by purchasing coverage to provide them with the same Health and Dental benefits.

Enrollment Application

Enroll in the Student Benefits Plan if you previously opted out or lost your comparable insurance coverage and are still eligible for the plan, or if you are considered a full-time equivalent student.
