Legal Care Program Expert advice on civil legal matters, plus access to dynamic, customizable do-it-yourself legal documents, forms, contracts, and more.

 

Eligibility Criteria

All eligible domestic and international students are automatically enrolled in the Legal Care Program provided by the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students' Association Inc.

This virtual legal plan covers a range of legal services that allow students to get the right legal support to pursue any legal civil issues. The Legal Care program provides legal resources and protection for student enrolled in the SPSA Student Health Plan.

The eligibility criteria to be automatically enrolled in the health plan are:

  • You are enrolled at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, or Regina Campuses; and
  • You are accepted into eligible programs which is 12 weeks or more in length; and
  • You are residing in Canada and studying in person or online.

Coverage Period

Eligible students will receive 12 months of coverage starting the first day of the month when classes begin.

Check Term Fees

If you are not sure if you meet the eligibility criteria, please visit the mySaskPolytech and login using your student account. If you have been charged the Health Plan fee, then you are enrolled!
