myvirtualdoctor is powered by TELUS Health and you can access the website using any internet browser or through the mobile app available for Android and iOS devices.
Eligible students will receive an email from TELUS Health with a unique link to register their account and information on how to download the Telus Health app.

myvirtualdoctor is a service provided under mystudentplan - your Extended Health and Dental Plan. If you are eligible for Health coverage and have not opted out of the Health Plan, you will have access to myvirtualdoctor.
You will be automatically eligible for mystudentplan - the extended Health and Dental Plan and assessed the applicable fee. If you meet all the following criteria:

The student health and dental plans provide protection and security for eligible students minimizing the effects of injury or ailments. The cost of the plans is included in your institutional fees. The Student Plan covers prescription drugs, vision, dental care, paramedical practitioners, ambulance, and medical equipment & supplies, among others.
