Get the right legal support! mylegalplan provides students access to legal resources such as customizable legal documents, 24/7 legal hotline to speak with a legal assistant and consultation with a lawyer from the national network to pursue any civil legal issues.
To qualify for the Virtual Legal Support Plan - mylegalplan, you must meet the eligibility criteria and must use the service during the coverage period.
All eligible domestic and international students are automatically enrolled in the Virtual Legal Plan - mylegalplan provided by the Vernon Students' Association - Okanagan College.
This virtual legal plan covers a range of legal services that allow students to get the right legal support to pursue any legal civil issues. The mylegalplan provides legal resources and protection for student enrolled in the VSAOC Student Health Plan.
The eligibility criteria to be automatically enrolled in the health plan are:
If you opt-out of the health plan, you are automatically opted-out of the mylegalplan service.
Eligible students will receive 12 months of coverage starting the first day of the month when classes begin.

If you are not sure if you meet the eligibility criteria, please visit myOkonagan and login using your student account. If you have been charged the Health Plan fee, then you are enrolled!
