Submitting Online Applications

Before submitting your online applications, please review the eligibility criteria and read the Terms and Conditions.

The fall fall term deadline to submit online applications is September 30^th, 2025was September 30^th, 2025. There is no opt-out form available during the winter term.

Opt-Out

Withdraw from the Student Benefits Plan if you are covered by a comparable insurance from parents, spouse, work, government, or band and do not wish to Coordinate Benefits.

Family Add-On

Extend your Student Benefits Plan to include your dependents, providing them with the same Health and Dental benefits. Additional charges must be paid using a VISA or Mastercard credit card or a VISA Debit card.

Re-enroll/Opt-In

Re-Enroll in the Student Benefits Plan if you previously opted out, have lost your comparable insurance coverage and are still eligible for the plan OR Opt-In if you meet the enroll eligibility criteria.
