Register Account

Enter the plan information and account details. Ensure that your date of birth and last name match the school records. Follow the instructions to create your login credentials, and then click the register button.

Confirm your Email Address

Check your email account for a message from certificate_noreply@adjudicarestage.ca that contains the security code needed to complete your registration.

If you did not receive the message, please verify the email address displayed in the pop-up window or check your junk email folder. If you still haven't received the email, contact us at 1-866-586-1010.

Provide your Address

Enter your mailing address for contact and documentation purposes.

Set Up Direct Deposit

Enter your banking information to quickly and easily deposit your claim refunds directly into your account.

Setting up direct deposit is not required to complete your registration, but it is highly recommended if you plan to submit online claims.

New students will be able to register 60 days after their program's official start date.

Access your benefits information anywhere with the Benefits Management Platform. Use the website or download and install the app on your Android or Apple smartphone.

My Benefit Cards

The faster and easier way to use your benefits without completing claims forms and waiting for cheques in the mail or direct deposit in your bank account.

By presenting your Benefit Cards and your valid Student ID card, the service providers will send your claim electronically, the insurance carrier will pay the covered amount, and you only pay the portion not covered.

Direct billing is based on the service provider's billing practices and whether they are set up for direct billing.

How to get your Benefit Cards

Log In

Open Benefits Management Platform on your web browser or mobile app and log in. Haven't registered yet? Register now!

Profile

Click on the profile icon and click My Benefit Cards from the dropdown options. You will find your Drug, Health and Dental Cards.

Tips to ensure your Benefit Cards work well for you:

Save your three cards on your mobile wallet to access them anytime.
Confirm with the service providers if they offer direct billing.
Present the correct benefit card when you are accessing benefits.
Identify the Group Number and the Certificate Number listed on the cards.
If you purchased family coverage, your dependents would use the student's cards.

Submitting Claims

The online claims process is the quickest and easiest way to get your refund for the portion that is covered by your plan.

Online Claims

It only takes a few minutes to submit Health, Drugs, or Dental claims.

1. Sign in

Sign into Benefits Management Platform and click on the start a claim button. Then select the type of claim and the patient.

2. Provide Information

Complete the form with the service provider information, the service amount found on the receipt, and any additional information requested.

3. Upload Files

Upload the receipt, physician's referral, and any other documentation to support your claim.

4. Submit the Claim

Make a final review of your claim, then click on the submit button and agree with the acknowledgments. Your claim is now submitted!

Paper Claims

The manual claims process could take 4-6 weeks to get reimbursed. You must download and complete the appropriate form, then mail it to People Corporation.

Health Claim Form

Use this form to make a claim for expenses such as prescriptions, vision care, ambulance services, paramedical services, or medical equipment.

Use this form to make a claim for dental expenses. You'll need the dentist to fill in some sections.

Submitting Paper Claims

Download and complete the appropriate claim form. Compile all receipts and supporting documents.

If your claim is approved, a cheque will be mailed to you. if your claim is denied, you will be notified by mail.

Pre-Authorization

Pre-authorization is when a form is submitted for a health care service, treatment plan, prescription drug, or medical equipment or supply to pre-determine whether or not it is covered by the plan.

Predetermination results are only available through the Benefits Management Platform app (web portal or mobile app).

To ensure your treatment is covered under your plan:

Use the drug search on this website or in your benefits platform.
Contact a claims advisor to learn what is covered by your plan.
Ask your doctor about generic or therapeutic alternatives.

Drug Prior Authorization

Use this form to request coverage of a drug that is covered by the plan but has a note advising you that prior authorization is required after using the Prescription Drug Search Tool.

Medical Equipment and Supplies

Download and complete the Health Claim Form to request coverage of medical equipment, appliances, and services covered by the plan. This form must be completed by the student and a physician's referral is required.

Fall Deadline
Submit your online Family Add-On, Opt-Out, or Opt-In applications by September 19^th, 2026. This deadline applies to all eligible students.
