Registering is easy! Simply open the Benefits Management Platform on your web browser or mobile app and click the register button.

The Benefits Management Platform is your one-stop resource for all your benefit needs. Make the most of your plan and register now!

Register Account

Enter the plan information and account details. Ensure that your date of birth and last name match the school records. Follow the instructions to create your login credentials, and then click the register button.

Plan information:

• Group Number: 330753
• Certificate Number: Student ID number without letters and leading zeros

Confirm your Email Address

Check your email account for a message from certificate_noreply@adjudicarestage.ca that contains the security code needed to complete your registration.

If you did not receive the message, please verify the email address displayed in the pop-up window or check your junk email folder. If you still haven't received the email, contact us at 1-866-586-1010.

Login to the Platform

Congratulations! You are registered! Log in to begin navigating your benefits.

Use the username and password you created to log in the Benefits Management Platform.

The first time you log in, agree to the Terms of Use to start navigating the app.

Provide your Address

Enter your mailing address for contact and documentation purposes.

This ensures that the accurate information is recorded for processing your claims and payments.

Set Up Direct Deposit

Enter your banking information to quickly and easily deposit your claim refunds directly into your account.

Setting up direct deposit is not required to complete your registration, but it is highly recommended if you plan to submit online claims.

Drug Exception Request

Download and complete the Drug Exception Request Form to request coverage of a drug that is not automatically covered under the drug plan. Before downloading and completing this form, please use our Prescription Drug Search Tool to find out if your medication is covered by the plan.

Drug Prior Authorization

Use this form to request coverage of a drug that is covered by the plan but has a note advising you that prior authorization is required after using the Prescription Drug Search Tool.

Medical Equipment and Supplies

Download and complete the Health Claim Form to request coverage of medical equipment, appliances, and services covered by the plan. This form must be completed by the student and a physician's referral is required.
